Michelle Kaihani is a results-driven, accomplished human resources executive with a history of progressive leadership roles in world-class private and publicly traded companies.

With extensive experience spanning start-ups to established organizations, Michelle excels in executing strategic and hands-on human resources functions. She has overseen a range of people-related functions, including organizational transformations, M&A activity, employee relations, performance management, leadership and employee development, compensation and benefits, organizational and employee communications, talent management, retention strategies, policy and procedures, legal compliance, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on employment law, including California labor law, and handling EEO and other employment matters.

Michelle is a self-starter with an acute sense of urgency, leading high-functioning teams and demonstrating a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environments. Her exceptional planning and organizational skills directly contribute to successful project management, enabling her to navigate change, lead and develop resources, and enhance HR operational effectiveness and efficiency by driving projects to completion.

Her career began with work on Ross Perot's Presidential campaigns before serving as Human Resources Manager for Perot Systems (Dell). She subsequently held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at Ernst & Young, where she served as a business partner to area leadership and handled all people issues, including strategic and operational matters. She went on to hold progressive leadership roles at Pacific Union Financial, and most recently served as the Managing Director of Human Resources at Riveron Consulting, where she led a fast-paced, evolving organization, guiding teams through rapid growth, organizational transformation, and shifting business priorities to drive operational and people-related impact.

Michelle is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Human Resources Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
